Aim Precision Screen Model No. AIM8 is a very high efficiency and high abrasion resistant screen. The composition is based on natural rubber imported from Germany with very specific high level of abrasion resistant quality. Rubber also has the natural tendency to absorb and deflect energy, making it ideal to fabricate screens using rubber materials.

The efficiency of this screen to remove fine particles from entering the furnace is measured by weight to weight (w to w). In dry operations, the percentage of fine removed is 2.5% w to w. Whereas in wet operations, the percentage is 5% w to w.

This screen is custom design with no apparent joint. This will ensure the materials do not slip through. The screen thickness is approximately 5 to 8mm which in comparison is the thinnest screen. This screen can be custom design to suit your requirement as each operation will not be the same.

Another plus point of this screen is that the screen can be repaired. In other words, this screen will only require repair when damage during operations.
